Silica qualitative firebrick is the main component with silica, its content is in the firebrick products of 93% above, it is with quartzite as raw material, join a small amount of mineralization agent, under high temperature burning.Its mineral composition is composed of squamous quartz, quartzite, a small amount of residual quartz and vitreous formed at high temperature.
Silica firebrick belongs to the acid refractory material, the acid slag erosion resistance is strong, but by the alkali slag strong erosion, easy to contain Al2O3, K2O, Na2O and other oxides and destruction, CaO, FeO, Fe2O3 and other oxides have good resistance.The high deformation temperature under load is the excellent characteristic of silica refractory brick, which is close to the melting point of squamous quartz and quartzite at 1670℃ and 1713℃, and fluctuates between 1640 and 1680 ℃.

The fire bricks will be packaged on pallet or wooden carton according to customer's requirements, keep product from humidity.
